BIOFUELS WORKSHOP MARCH 17 IN DOTHAN
DOTHAN, Ala. -- "Biofuels ... Moving Alabama Forward," a one-day workshop focusing on reducing America's dependency on foreign oil, is set for March 17 at Dothan's Sterling Event Center.Fleet managers, school districts, transportation managers, fuel producers and distributors and retailers, consumers and business and city and government leaders and others are urged to attend the event, which is sponsored by the Alabama Clean Fuels Coalition, Clean Cities and the Alabama Department of Economic & Community Affairs' Energy Division. The workshop will offer insights from state and national industry experts, as well as practical advice from leaders throughout the biofuels industry.Attendees will get a look at state and national perspectives on biodiesel, ethanol, CNG, propane and new advances in electric transportation. Registration is $10 until March 1, but $20 after that date. Participation in the Workshop includes a luncheon and all workshop materials. The registration fee is fully tax deductible.
