Hosted by Bobby Bogner, Food Tech takes viewers on a journey of the catfish from its beginning all the way to the plate. Bogner wades among the 275,000 catfish during feeding time, and discovers how each fish is scooped from the pond and becomes a fillet within an hour.
Bogner and his crew follow along as catfish travels through the plant and is packaged, loaded aboard trucks and eventually delivered as the centerpiece of a traditional Southern meal.
