VEGETABLE PRODUCTION MEETING SET TUESDAY IN CLANTON
CLANTON, Ala. -- Internet marketing strategies, vegetable diseases and sweet potato production are a few on the topics on the agenda for the West Central Alabama Vegetable Production Meeting on Tuesday, March 8, at the Alabama Power Building in Clanton. The program, set for 9 a.m. until noon, will also include updates on vegetable variety trials and Good Agricultural Practices Certification. Among speakers are Extension economist Dr. Deacue Fields, Extension plant pathologist Dr. Ed Sikora, Regional Extension agents Gary Gray and Mike Reeves and researchers Edgar Vinson and Arnold Caylor.
