ALFA INSURANCE® CONTINUES TO SERVICE TORNADO CLAIMS
MONTGOMERY, Ala., May 6 -- Alfa Insurance® claims adjusters will be working throughout the weekend to help policyholders impacted by last week's tornadoes, and Alfa service centers in the hardest hit areas have extended office hours to better serve customers. "We are working diligently to see that all of our customers are served as soon as possible," said Alfa Senior Vice President of Claims Jerry Johnson. "Based on the magnitude of this storm, we are making good progress. Alfa is prioritizing claims in order to serve those policyholders with the most urgent needs." All 249 Alfa service centers in Alabama are open during regular business hours. Offices in some of the hardest hit areas will be open this weekend. Policyholders may also report a claim 24 hours a day online at www.AlfaInsurance.com or by calling 1-800-964-2532.
