AFFORDABLE CARE ACT WEBINAR SET FOR JAN. 8
Alabama small business owners concerned about the impact federal health care laws will have on their business are encouraged to participate in a webinar Jan. 8 at 1 p.m. In addition to addressing new taxes, mandates and administrative requirements that begin January 2014, the webinar will also provide viewers with information on major provisions that take effect in 2013.
Attorney Tommy Eden and CPA Patti Perdue will discuss how businesses should prepare for the changes during the webinar, which is sponsored by the Alabama Cooperative Extension System; the National Federation of Independent Business; Constangy, Brooks and Smith, LLP; and Jackson Thornton Certified Public Accountants.
