Producers interested in identifying and discussing the challenges of raising grass-fed beef are invited to attend a free workshop in Selma June 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Held at the Hank Sanders Technology Center on the campus of Wallace Community College, the workshop will feature an expert panel and roundtable discussion session. Topics include forage selection, processing, marketing mechanisms and operational sustainability.
