ALABAMA SPECIAL CONGRESSIONAL ELECTION IS TUESDAY
The special general election for Alabama’s 1st Congressional District is tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec. 17, between Republican Bradley Byrne of Fairhope and Democrat Burton Leflore of Mobile. Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.

The political action committee of the Alabama Farmers Federation (FarmPAC) endorsed Byrne for tomorrow's general election and the Republican run-off held Nov. 5.
The 1st Congressional District includes Baldwin, Escambia, Mobile, Monroe and Washington counties and parts of Clarke County. The vacancy was created when former U.S. Congressman Jo Bonner resigned in August to take a position at the University of Alabama.

The Alabama Farmers Federation is an affiliate of American Farm Bureau and the state’s largest farm organization with more than 365,000 members.
